Insight Global Consulting in Oakland, CA is seeking a part-time Business Systems Specialist I to support Asset Knowledge Management and electric mapping projects. The role focuses on documenting processes, organizing training materials, and coordinating across multiple workstreams in a highly regulated environment.

You will assist with training sessions, develop user guides, and track feedback to drive continuous improvement, with hybrid work from San Ramon or Oakland.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5+ years of experience in documentation, specifically training program development and GIS/Mapping experience.
• Experience supporting process documentation, SOPs, or technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Review current training programs and identify gaps or required updates aligned to evolving processes.
• Revise training materials to reflect approved process and documentation changes.
• Prepare and update user-facing training content, including presentations, guides, and reference materials.
• Support development and organization of training support materials (job aids, exercises, documentation).
• Assist in coordinating and supporting training sessions, including logistics and material preparation.
• Support delivery of training sessions, including facilitation assistance and follow-up.
• Capture and document training feedback from participants and stakeholders.
• Track feedback trends and support continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
• Partner with documentation teams to ensure training aligns with the most current approved procedures.
