Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Expert Systems Analyst on a 30-month contract in Latham, NY, with a hybrid work model (20% telecommuting, 80% office). The role focuses on creating technical documentation, training materials, and user guides while collaborating with SMEs, developers, and users.

Responsibilities include updating materials as applications evolve, documenting business workflows, and assisting with statements of work and procurement documents.

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience authoring technical and business process documentation including user guides, training manuals, processes, policies and procedures
• 36 months of experience creating user-facing documentation, instructions and training materials for Enterprise applications that serve multiple groups with user bases of over 1,000 users in the public or private sector
• 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define, model, document and analyze business and technical processes
• 12 months of experience preparing procurement documents such as RFP
• 12 months of experience working with Public sector
• 36 months of experience preparing testing materials including test plans, scenarios and scripts, and test execution tracking and reporting
• 12 months of experience writing effective AI prompts in support of document analysis, drafting, or other BA tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation, including training materials, test scripts, user guides, correspondence to end users, functional descriptions, application glossaries, guidelines for end users, reports, policies and standard operating procedures, and presentations.
• As applications development process proceeds, written materials need to be updated with the changes in the application and its processes and changes in the business processes.
• Document business work processes, use cases and scenarios to support applications requirements and design
• Assist with developing statements of work and procurement documents
