Job summary

Innovative Development, LLC seeks a collaborative professional to develop educational and training materials for a brand-new company-wide system. You will work across Procurement/Sourcing, Legal & Compliance, and R&D to connect operations and drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

The role operates on a hybrid model with remote and on-site collaboration, in a fast-paced environment that values elite attention to detail and effective change leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in change management, training, or organizational development.
• Hybrid role with remote and on-site work.
• Strong communication and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CLM concepts; pharma experience is a plus.
• Prosci, ADKAR, or similar training credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate change management plans and create training materials.
• Map streamlined workflows across Legal, Procurement, and Policy Operations; drive adoption.
• Create user guides, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain knowledge-based documentation.
