Job summary

You will gather business requirements, create functional designs and user stories, collaborate on solution design, and support testing and user acceptance. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience.
• Experience with requirement gathering, establishing goals, operating procedures, and workflows.
• Knowledge of workflow analysis and lean improvement techniques.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to analyze the operations and to develop system solutions to business problems This project will manage the planning and oversight of multiple information systems investment initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing direction on technical requirement reviews and capacity planning, and establishing timelines for competing priorities to support an ERP implementation.
