Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited school.
• Strong MS Office suite and computer skills, including Excel-VB macro development.
• Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Transmission/Drivetrain DV testing processes.
• Develop, procure, and install new test equipment to support DV requirements.
• Operate ATI/ETAS systems in test environments.
• Extract and analyze fault codes from tests.
• Analyze transmission calibration and data files.
• Direct Test Technicians to aid DV testing.
• Translate test requests into written manuals.
• Support day-to-day testing activities with technicians.
• Lead test site troubleshooting efforts.
• Work with R&D to refine DV test methods.
