Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of fast-paced recruiting in manufacturing/technical environments.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and hiring practices.
• Experience recruiting across all levels, from IC to senior leadership.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills with modern platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate.
• Hands-on ATS and sourcing tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting to onboarding handoffs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Identify and engage talent via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, and sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate efficient selection processes.
• Support employer-branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure data integrity.
• Track metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
