Awetomaton is seeking a motivated Talent Specialist to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offers. You will build strong pipelines, partner with leadership, and ensure a standout candidate experience.

The role focuses on technical recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining ATS records in Greenhouse. Hybrid schedule based out of Beavercreek, OH area is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting, preferably technical recruiting.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers and coordination.
• Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Recruit for technical roles including software, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and DoD-related roles.
