Nexus Family Healing is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in a full-time hybrid role in Oregon. The position focuses on end-to-end candidate experience, compliant ATS processes, and building a diverse talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, offers, background checks, and partnering with agency leaders to support engagement, performance, and retention.

Qualificações

• 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience required.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office products.
• Valid driver’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provides strategic and tactical candidate pipelining through creative, compliant talent acquisition activities.
• Delivers an end-to-end positive candidate experience while ensuring requisitions and ATS activities are compliant.
• Supports agency leaders through HR partnership activities that result in high employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Establishes talent placement by sourcing diverse candidates through Colleges, universities, non-profit and community organizations.
• Schedules, presents at job fairs and information sessions to build a long-term pipeline of diverse candidates.
