Job summary

Awetomaton is seeking a motivated Talent Specialist to own full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offers. Based in Beavercreek, OH, the role supports defense and intelligence mission tech with a strong candidate experience focus.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and experience with Greenhouse/LinkedIn Recruiter. Hybrid work is available in a fast-paced environment focused on impactful engineering talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting, preferably technical recruiting.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organization with multiple open roles.
• Local to the Dayton/Beavercreek, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Recruit for software, cloud, DevOps, AI/ML and defense roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to set priorities and strategies.
• Screen applications and present qualified candidates.
• Maintain candidate experience and coordinate interviews.
• Track recruiting activity and pipelines in our system.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Represent Awetomaton at career fairs and university events.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows.
