Job summary

Divergent in Torrance, CA is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers and leadership to drive proactive hiring strategies and ensure we continue to attract top-tier talent across all domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments with a focus on talent quality.
• Proven ability to run multiple searches in parallel with strong communication.
• Data-driven with experience using ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and craft job descriptions.
• Source and engage candidates through active and passive channels.
• Lead structured interview processes and assess skill and team fit.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience from outreach to close.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and hiring teams to improve tools, workflows, and reporting.
• Track recruiting metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and events.
