Divergent is seeking a hands‑on Recruiter, Non-Exempt Hiring to support high‑volume recruiting across our production and manufacturing operations. This role focuses on hourly, non‑exempt, technician, skilled‑trades, and production positions critical to scaling our operations in the Los Angeles area.

The ideal candidate owns the recruiting process from intake through offer while partnering with hiring managers and developing pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Ability to recruit for hourly, non-exempt roles across production and skilled trades.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
• Experience managing a high volume of open requisitions with urgency.
• Proven collaboration with hiring managers and operations leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly production roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for recurring positions.
• Screen applications, conduct recruiter screens, and move candidates efficiently.
• Coordinate interviews, events, and on-site hiring activities.
• Maintain candidate experience and recruiting data in Greenhouse.
