Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience recruiting engineering or highly technical talent.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing, leading, or formally developing recruiters
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing difficult-to-find engineering talent
• Experience managing recruiters while carrying an active requisition workload is preferred
• Experience recruiting across multiple engineering disciplines and in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a recruiting team responsible for engineering talent across the organization.
• Own a portfolio of engineering requisitions and manage sourcing, screening, and closing processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop intake, profiles, interview plans, and recruiting strategies.
• Allocate requisitions and resources based on priorities, volume, and role complexity.
