Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace/defense/advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple searches.
• Data-driven with ATS and sourcing tools for reporting and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles including mechanical, software, and robotics engineers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and align on recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates via active and passive channels.
• Run structured, high-integrity interview processes assessing skills and fit.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to close.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and hiring teams to improve tools and workflows.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform continuous improvement.
• Support employer brand initiatives including events and online presence.
