Job summary

Howmet Aerospace in Torrance, CA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and engineering roles across manufacturing, automation, tooling, quality, maintenance, and related fields. You will source, interview, hire, and partner with HRBP and hiring managers while optimizing our HRIS to drive data‑driven decisions.

You’ll manage 20+ open salaried positions, develop recruiting strategies, mentor stakeholders, promote employer branding, and ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a talent acquisition role with exposure to recruiting technical or engineering positions preferred.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
This position entails access to export-controlled items and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Carry a requisition load of 20+ open salaried positions in a fast-paced environment.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networks, and events.
Coordinate interview processes and lead offer stage with HRBP and Hiring Manager.
Ensure EEO/OFCCP compliance and maintain data accuracy in ATS.
