Divergent in the United States is seeking a hands-on Recruiter, Non-Exempt Hiring to support high-volume recruiting across production and manufacturing operations.

This role owns the process from intake through offer, partners with production leaders to understand requirements, and builds pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and workforce programs to fill hourly technician and skilled-trades roles efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, non-exempt, technician, or skilled-trades roles.
• Proven sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and partnerships.
• Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with speed and candidate quality.
• Experience in fast-paced production settings with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly positions in production and manufacturing.
• Develop pipelines for recurring roles and staff skilled trades.
• Coordinate intake meetings with hiring managers and translate requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct screens.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
