Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on desktop/server application support or PC/network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows Desktop/Server OS, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP commands, and SQL concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
