Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in application support, software support, technical operations, or a related field.
• Strong SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting ERP/MES or similar production-focused platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software issues in a business environment.
• Strong incident management and structured problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications and operational systems.
• Investigate software issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Manage incoming support tickets and service requests with defined response targets.
