• Help customers achieve technical goals with security-first, seamless UX guidance.
• Support the wider team to run 1:many programs removing blockers and driving adoption.
• Continuously learn Okta’s product offerings and industry trends.
• Earn certifications to grow technical expertise.
• Partner with Support, CS and Digital Growth for a holistic customer experience.
• Leverage AI assistants to scale these activities efficiently.
