Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to uncover requirements and map IAM processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements; create process flows and design diagrams.
• Maintain requirements traceability to ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes.
• Partner with architects to translate requirements into technical specs and provide oversight during build.
• Support change management, training, and go-live activities with a structured hand-off to the customer.
