Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Staff Engineer – IAM to lead enterprise identity platforms, focusing on Okta, Entra ID, and AD. You’ll drive authentication modernization, identity integrations, automation, and large-scale migrations in a hybrid environment.

The role partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure access across cloud and on‑prem systems, ensuring governance, compliance, and Zero Trust alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity engineering.
• 7+ years hands-on experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Deep expertise in SSO, MFA, federation, identity lifecycle management, and authentication tech.
• Experience integrating enterprise and SaaS apps using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations; strong scripting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM architecture across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Design scalable authentication, federation, and authorization using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM.
• Develop IAM automation workflows and REST API integrations (Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python).
• Onboard and integrate SaaS and enterprise apps into Okta using SSO and provisioning.
• Lead hybrid identity projects integrating Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Guide mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures in IAM efforts.
