Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose problems through conversation and questioning.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, manuals, diagrams, and product documentation.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn operation, installation and troubleshooting for multiple product types.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical support for residential and commercial products.
• Troubleshoot product service, installation, performance, and operational issues.
• Ask detailed diagnostic questions to determine the source of problems.
• Guide customers and technicians through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Interpret technical instructions, product documentation, service manuals, and specifications.
• Explain technical information clearly to callers with varying knowledge levels.
• Document customer interactions, issues, steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service while handling technical inquiries.
