ExecuSource, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Technical Support Representative for a 5-month assignment.

This 100% remote role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with start times around 6:00 AM and pay of $20.00 per hour, supporting heating, cooling, refrigeration, and water heating products. You will diagnose problems over the phone, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, document issues accurately, and escalate complex cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical support or hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical fields.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions and manuals.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to learn multiple product types and troubleshoot remotely.
• Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone-based technical support for residential and commercial products.
• Troubleshoot product service, installation, and operational issues.
• Ask diagnostic questions to identify problems.
• Walk callers through troubleshooting steps clearly and professionally.
• Interpret technical instructions, manuals, and service information.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
• Deliver high-level customer service while handling time-sensitive concerns.
