Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking an HVAC Specialist to assist customers and sales staff with HVAC needs, troubleshoot issues, and expedite warranties and orders. The role involves sourcing parts, quoting, and collaborating with warehouse and branch managers to resolve logistics concerns.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in building trades, HVAC knowledge, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work options are available after training; weekends are not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, electrical; or a combination of training, education, and experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, methods, and equipment used in a building trade such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical work.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices for typical commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales staff with HVAC needs and requests.
• Process HVAC warranties and ship replacement product.
• Source, price and process special order quotes, orders, and returns.
