Job summary

Specified Technologies is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role based at our Corporate Headquarters in Somerville, NJ. You will process orders, returns, and inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service for our customers.

This role requires at least 1 year in a similar position and an associate degree. Expect a three-day-per-week in-office schedule with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a comparable role.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
• Salesforce is preferred but not required.
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, literature requests, and sample requests through the ERP system.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, distributor information, pricing, availability, and order status.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate follow-up with internal teams.
• Partner with internal departments and carriers to support order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
• Manage product returns and related customer credits.
• Support account setup, adjustments, and credit processing.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, representatives, and internal departments.
• Support EDI order processing and partner communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
