Job summary

Art Sentry is seeking a Technical Support & Operations Specialist in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. You will support Windows-based systems, work with Linux, configure servers, manage hardware, and handle shipping and procurement while collaborating with developers to validate software improvements.

The role emphasizes problem solving, ownership, and continuous learning, with a hybrid schedule after a 90-day training period.

Qualifications

Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical problems methodically and independently.
Experience supporting Windows-based systems.
Working knowledge of Linux (command line, file system, networking basics).
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, switches, IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Test software releases and document results before deployment.
Configure and stage servers and hardware for customer installations.
Prepare systems for deployment and verify quality before shipment.
Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement.
Document work accurately and maintain organized records.
Identify issues proactively and drive tasks through completion.
Collaborate with our development team to identify, troubleshoot, and validate software improvements.
