Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a Helpdesk/Service Desk environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard hardware/software/operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
• Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and/or software.
• Monitor Service Desk for tickets and process first-in first-out based on priority.
• Walk staff through problem-solving process; report unresolved issues to Service Desk for escalation.
• May provide hands-on support for projects and assisting the desktop support team.
