Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install and deploy IT equipment onsite for client projects.
• Support setup of user devices, printers, workstations, and networked devices.
• Resolve help desk tickets and coordinate with project teams.
• Troubleshoot onsite and remote issues and escalate when needed.
• Document all work clearly and maintain ticket hygiene.
