Qualifications

The IT Operations Support Specialist requires a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of equivalent experience is preferred.
Desktop and applications delivery knowledge/experience is a plus; solid core technology foundation is desired.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

Communicates with internal and external clients via phone, email, chat and in-person.
Prioritizes tasks and delivery targets while coordinating with the team.
Supports a multi-office environment with Windows 10/11 and collaboration tools.
Assists in vendor communications for software/hardware support.
Provides troubleshooting and a positive client experience.
