Job summary

Qcells USA Corp. in Cleveland, OH is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage the day-to-day IT operations, provide end-user support, and maintain Microsoft 365, Windows, SharePoint, and ERP systems across FlexRack sites. You will collaborate with the Sr. IT Manager on security, onboarding, offboarding, and incident response.

The role requires strong customer service, hardware deployment, and cross-location teamwork, with a hybrid in-office schedule and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; equivalent work experience considered.
• 1–3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 IT support for Windows, 365 apps, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and business apps.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Support hardware, software deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams; track requests and update knowledge base.
