Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) is seeking an IT Support & Operations Analyst in Euclid, OH to support IT operations and end-user technology services. The role includes onsite and remote support across multiple sites with some travel to Marion, OH.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/related field preferred.
2-3 years of hands-on IT support/service desk experience.
Experience supporting users in a corporate environment preferred.
Experience supporting users in manufacturing/multi-site environments preferred.
Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, PCs, printers, and related endpoint technologies required.
Experience with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice or ServiceNow preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 IT help desk support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and AV equipment.
Deliver onsite and remote support across office, operational, and manufacturing environments with clear communication.
Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and follow-up.
Assist onboarding activities and equipment deployment.
Maintain tickets, asset tracking, and IT inventory records.
Support lifecycle management of endpoint devices and deployments.
Travel between Euclid and Marion locations as needed, including after-hours support.
