Responsibilities

• Be a member of the Technical Services Support Team delivering endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation to improve IT operations.
• Support Microsoft Teams, video meetings, and collaboration features.
• Provide Office 365 productivity application support and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop/mobile device issues hardware and software.
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to keep devices updated and secure.
