Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CompTIA A+ or MS-900 certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role in a Windows environment.
• Knowledge of O365 Services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexible with respect to work schedule and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Log interactions in the ticketing system and update tickets regularly.
• Review and close tickets, escalate complex issues to Level 2 when needed.
• Collaborate with IT teams to build a knowledge base and tools for virtual environments.
• Assist with projects and equipment deployment for new hires.
• Occasionally perform onsite support and on-call rotations.
• Imaging and configuring devices for New Hires and replacements.
