Job summary

ATC is seeking an IT Technical Services Support professional in the Harrisburg area to help manage client endpoints—laptops, tablets, and mobile devices—and to troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will develop PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation.

You will use SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to keep devices updated, distribute software, and apply controls to maintain endpoint security.

Qualifications

• Expert level in clear, well-formatted technical documentation for end-users and support teams.
• Expert level Windows OS support in an enterprise environment.
• Expert level SCCM and MDM to manage Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Highly proficient in Active Directory, Groups/Users, and Group Policy Management.
• Highly proficient in installing and configuring apps on mobile devices in an enterprise environment.
• Highly proficient in supporting Microsoft Teams issues and conference room setup.

Responsibilities
