Responsibilities

Be a team member of the Technical Services Support Team.
Provide endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices with troubleshooting and maintenance.
Create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation.
Support Microsoft Teams video, meetings, and collaboration.
Support Office 365 productivity applications.
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop/mobile device issues (hardware and software).
Utilize SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to keep devices updated and secure.
