• Highly proficient: Active Directory, Groups/Users/Group Policy Management.
• High proficiency: deploying and supporting apps on mobile devices.
• High proficiency: Teams issues, conference room setup and support.
• Proficient: scripting with VBScript and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Be a team member of the Technical Services Support Team.
• Provide endpoint support for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices with troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Create PowerShell scripts for reporting and automation.
• Support Microsoft Teams video, meetings, and collaboration.
• Support Office 365 productivity applications.
• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop/mobile device issues (hardware and software).
• Utilize SCCM, Intune, and AD Group Policies to keep devices updated and secure.
