Job summary

Verizon seeks a dynamic field sales professional to drive new business and grow existing accounts. You will consult with customers, tailor solutions across Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms, and pursue opportunities through cold-calling, partner selling, and social selling.

You’ll travel within your territory up to about 50%, operate mainly from customer or field locations, and work in a commission-based environment with strong rewards and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• 1+ year of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet targets.
• Retaining and growing the existing customer base.
• Educating customers on innovative business solutions.
• Building relationships with key decision makers.
• Presenting multi-product solution opportunities (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google).
• Tracking and reporting progress in CRM tools.
• Drive sales for accounts in the 1–19 employee segment.
