Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead the development, implementation and monitoring of technology risk programs across EY Americas. You will make educated decisions and drive strategic initiatives while guiding a junior TRM team.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, policy updates related to AI laws, and collaboration with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Global Information Security to mitigate technology risk.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI and Blockchain.
• Solid understanding of EY policies and technology issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management initiatives.
• Lead execution of strategic and operational program initiatives.
• Provide risk insights and mitigation actions to enable risk-based decisions.
• Collaborate across EY functions to design policies and processes for risk management.
• Create reports for senior stakeholders and maintain knowledge of field developments.
• Manage junior team members within TRM.
