Job summary

CapTech, a national IT management consulting firm, is seeking a Technical Recruiter in the Atlanta area. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Practice Leads to hire top consultants and build CapTech’s recruiting pipeline.

You will source aggressively, engage passive talent, and ensure an excellent candidate experience while maintaining thorough documentation in our ATS.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software eng, data eng, management consultant roles).
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire the best talent.
• Create recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants.
• Engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings and job descriptions.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story.
• Qualify candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and document details in the ATS.
