Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a contract-to-hire engagement in Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid: 4 days onsite, with NYC option). You will manage full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Technology, Data, and Emerging Tech roles across multiple business units.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop proactive sourcing strategies, screen and qualify candidates, and drive a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting managing requisitions from intake through offer.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, or related technical functions.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, including Boolean search, talent mining, and LinkedIn recruiting techniques.
• Experience screening and evaluating technical candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
• Leverage Boolean search techniques, advanced keyword searches, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Build pipelines for Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and other technology professionals.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs.
• Provide market intelligence, salary trends, and candidate availability insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on recruiting strategies and hiring challenges.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification discussions.
• Evaluate technical and professional experience against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer discussions.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with passive talent across a variety of technology disciplines.
• Maintain talent communities and engagement strategies to support long-term hiring objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation.
