The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting experience, strong technical sourcing skills, and experience across AI, ML, Cybersecurity, IT, and software engineering. Agency or corporate backgrounds welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong technical recruiting and sourcing skills.
• Experience with ATS; SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Excel and recruiting systems proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume requisition load, typically 10–20 open positions.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Recruit for AI, ML, Cybersecurity, IT, Software Engineering, and related areas.
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to attract talent.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for difficult roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating technical qualifications and fit.
