Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate, agency, or blended environment.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, data engineering, and other highly technical positions.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Experience independently sourcing passive candidates for niche and difficult-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and hiring funnel analytics.
• Ability to manage a high-volume requisition workload without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent consultative, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of 15-20+ open requisitions simultaneously.
• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers within 48 hours of requisition approval and provide market insight, talent availability data, and recruiting strategy recommendations.
• Proactively identify and engage passive technical talent through multiple sourcing channels beyond traditional job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Recruit for a variety of technical positions, including: Software Engineers, Product Management Professionals, Machine Learning Engineers, Financial Services Technology Professionals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers by understanding business objectives, workforce planning needs, and technical skill requirements.
• Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor recruiting funnel metrics and leverage data to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to develop innovative recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Manage offer negotiations and successfully close top-tier technical talent.
