Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Corporate technical recruiting experience supporting internal mobility and white glove engagement.
• PHR certification preferred.
• 4+ years of corporate technical recruiting across full lifecycle, research, and sourcing.
• 2+ years consulting with multiple hiring managers while developing partnerships.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience attracting diverse talent.
• Experience with compensation and HR requirements related to hiring.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers, business and group leaders, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs across technology lines of business.
• Manage the full lifecycle internal mobility recruiting process, including reviewing position descriptions, screening internal candidates, advising partners, and negotiating offers.
• Own candidate management, ensuring process quality and timely engagement through offer extension and closing.
• Collaborate across a team of internal mobility recruiters and promote inclusion.
• Leverage recruiting data to provide proactive status updates and hiring results to managers and HR partners.
