Job summary

Job Mobz is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a Salesforce partnership. This full-time, six-month hybrid contract supports North American engineering and product orgs at Salesforce, with three on-site days per week in a Salesforce hub.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles, sourcing proactively, collaborating with managers, tracking KPIs, and converting engagements to full-time where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, or Product roles.
• Strong knowledge of engineering org structures and compensation norms.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with ATS/TMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles.
• Develop strategic outreach and passive candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate role requirements into candidate profiles.
• Track recruiting KPIs and report progress.
• Coordinate on-site days and hybrid logistics.
• Build strong relationships with technical leadership and hiring managers.
