Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a six-month hybrid contract to support its North American Engineering and Product organization. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles, with three days on-site at a Salesforce hub and remote work as needed.

You will develop strategic outreach to maintain a strong pipeline of passive technical candidates in SaaS and enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience focused on software engineering, infrastructure, or product roles.
• Proven track record recruiting in tech or SaaS environments; non-technical backgrounds excluded.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week at Salesforce hub.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product roles.
• Develop strategic outreach to build a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and tech leads to define role requirements.
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
