Job summary

Broad Reach Partners is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect who will split time between shaping deals and delivering outcomes. You’ll partner with sales to qualify opportunities, design solutions, and drive architecture from kickoff to signed engagements.

You’ll also lead delivery, owning architecture and technical direction across the engagement lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and internal teams, bridging deep technical work with strategic business

Qualifications

• 10+ years across enterprise technology roles spanning multiple domains.
• Proven Enterprise or Solution Architect in a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated pre-sales track record—shaping opportunities and closing business.
• Hands-on experience authoring SOWs, scoping, estimating, and sales processes.
• Broad architecture depth across cloud, data platforms, and QA.
• Experience leading delivery of complex, multi‑workstream engagements.
• Hands-on AI experience solving client use cases and building accelerators.
• Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Technical Pre-Sales: qualify opportunities, shape directions, and move to close.
• Lead technical discovery and design across data, cloud, platform, software, QA.
• Own Statements of Work including scope, estimates, staffing, risk framing.
• Present architectures to client stakeholders from practitioners to executives.
• Develop proposals and pricing with delivery and leadership.
• Follow sales process and governance from opportunity to signature.
• Build reusable reference architectures and collateral.
• Delivery Leadership: lead delivery as engagement lead or SME.
• Own solution architecture and technical direction across lifecycle.
• Guide design decisions, standards, and quality across domains.
• Manage scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations under the SOW.
• Serve as escalation point for architecture/delivery challenges.
• Ensure engagements meet outcomes and foster client relationships.
• Apply AI experience to real use cases and internal enablement.
• Advise with GenAI/AWS/Azure depth; mentor and grow the practice.
