Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive field-based technical pre-sales for Hybrid Infrastructure. You will architect comprehensive solutions, assess customer needs, and align offerings with business outcomes while partnering with delivery teams, sales, and partners.

You will own territory strategy, develop SOWs, mentor junior architects, and deliver training. Travel up to 25% and maintain partner certifications. A bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant experience is required.

• 5+ years in technical pre-sales or delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, products, technologies, and solutions within Hybrid Infrastructure.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions including architecture, health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to define strategy and create statements of work (SOWs).
• Analyze technical and competitive considerations to align solutions with customer requirements and enhance business outcomes.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers, internal teams, and delivery leadership to drive growth.
