Job summary

Artech is seeking a Talent Management Specialist in Troy, MI to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on onboarding, benefits guidance, and timekeeping for consultants across client projects.

You will coordinate with HR, IT, and finance to ensure smooth resource deployment and payroll accuracy, while maintaining accurate consultant records. Ideal candidates have agency recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and are highly organized.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years' experience in an HR or operations role in a fast-paced industry.
• Experience in an agency side recruiting role preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Experience with writing and editing process documentation and global/team communications.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the Client Delivery Team structure and operations for contract resources.
• Facilitate onboarding and provide in-person orientation on benefits and policies.
• Coordinate IT equipment issuance with IT specialists before start date.
• Answer benefits questions in collaboration with HR.
• Process time cards, expenses, and PTO for consultants and follow up on missing time cards.
• Maintain database for clients and consultants.
• Resolve consultant reimbursements/payroll/PTO/invoicing issues with finance.
• Conduct regular touch-base calls with consultants and gather referrals.
• Counsel consultants on client escalations and issues.
• Coordinate terminations/departures and back-fill opportunities.
• Support redeployment at project end and update ATS with communications.
• Manage Artech profiles in client VMS tools and create/update SOP documentation.
