Qualifications

• Associates degree with 1+ year of customer service experience or 2+ years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, value-adding customer service to candidates, contractors, clients and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Onboard contractors and coordinate training, verify paperwork and PPE distribution.
• Serve as main point of contact for onboarding, payroll, and invoicing issues; coordinate with central teams.
