The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years in recruiting and HR, with strong communication, confidentiality, and business acumen to handle sensitive information and partner across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and general HR.
• Strong understanding of core HR practices and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional communication style and business acumen.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts, including candidate communication, interview coordination, and hiring activities.
• Manage and support new hire onboarding and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Serve as a professional representative of the organization when interacting with prospective candidates.
• Provide day-to-day support across general HR functions and employee needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities.
• Partner with leadership and employees to address HR questions and concerns.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Assist with special HR projects and other duties as assigned.
