Artefact North America is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across consulting and technical disciplines in the US, Canada, and Latin America. You will own searches from intake through offer, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a superior candidate experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

You will also drive campus recruiting, workforce planning, and recruiting process improvements while leveraging AI-powered tools

Formación

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in consulting or professional services.
• Strong technical recruiting across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, ML, and client-facing roles.
• Proven experience creating Greenhouse workflows, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own full recruitment lifecycle across US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Serve as primary Talent Acquisition partner for the region across multiple business lines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and candidate profiles.
• Recruit across consulting and technical disciplines including AI, data science, analytics, ML.
• Lead campus recruiting and university partnerships.
