The specialist will leverage creative sourcing, manage the SmartRecruiters ATS, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume Talent Acquisition or related experience.
• Experience recruiting Commercial Drivers strongly preferred.
• Ability to coach and influence across a spectrum of stakeholders.
• Consultative client-service mindset.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and skilled positions.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Manage SmartRecruiters ATS for assigned roles.
• Network with talent communities to attract qualified candidates.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Ensure recruiting practices comply with policies and employment laws.
• Meet recruitment metrics (time to present, interview, fill; satisfaction; diversity).
• Analyze metrics to improve the hiring process and support data-driven decisions.
• Consult hiring teams to enable recruiting excellence and deliver training on best practices.
